01 — The straight trade

Ten days free. Twenty minutes honest.

There's no catch, so here it is in full. You get the ten days at no cost. On day 10 we ask one thing: twenty minutes of honest feedback — including the parts that didn't work.

If it genuinely worked for your team, we'll ask permission to name you as a founding company. Only if you say yes, in writing. That's the whole arrangement.

What each side does
Day 0
You sign your company up
Five minutes, no IT ticket, nothing to install. Your team joins with the company name alone.
Days 1–10
They learn for 15 minutes
One session each workday, on web or iOS. You can see who's participating.
Day 10
We ask what you really thought
Twenty minutes, honest — what worked, what didn't, what you'd never use.
After
You decide, with no pressure
Continue into the full Modern Work Sprint, or stop. The trial ends by itself either way.
Optional
Be named as a founding company
Only with your written permission, and only if you'd actually recommend it.
No card, no auto-renewal, no obligation to buy afterwards.
02 — Fifteen minutes, tomorrow

Insight, example, apply. Then back to work.

Every session has the same three parts — one minute, two minutes, ten — so nobody has to decide what to learn, when, or whether it was worth it.

1 minute The insight — the one idea that matters today.
2 minutes An example — how it looks in real work.
10 minutes Apply it — a small task against your own work.

The guided part runs about 8 minutes. The rest is applying it to your own work — which is where it lands.

03 — Two working weeks

Exactly what your team gets, day by day.

Ten different skills, so nobody can call it "a course about one thing". Each one is usable the day it arrives.

01 Mon
Define the outcome first
Clarify what “done” actually looks like before any work starts.
15 min
02 Tue
Write for the decision
Structure messages around what the reader must understand, decide or do next.
15 min
03 Wed
The cost of context switching
What jumping between tasks really costs — and how to switch less.
15 min
04 Thu
AI as a second perspective
Use it to challenge an idea and find weak assumptions, not just to produce answers.
15 min
05 Fri
Turn meetings into outputs
End every meeting with a decision, an action and an owner.
15 min
06 Mon
Think in trade-offs
Most decisions mean giving something up. Make the trade-off explicit.
15 min
07 Tue
Find the bottleneck
Fix the one thing slowing everything down instead of improving everything at once.
15 min
08 Wed
Ask better business questions
Turn vague questions into sharper ones that reveal causes and constraints.
15 min
09 Thu
Make work reusable
Turn repeated work into templates, checklists and processes so effort compounds.
15 min
10 Fri
Test before you debate
When people disagree, design a small test that produces evidence quickly.

05 — Questions

The things you're about to think.

Is it really free?
Yes. Ten workdays, no card, and the trial ends on its own — it never turns into a paid plan without you choosing to.
How much time does it take?
About fifteen minutes a day — eight guided, the rest applying it to your own work.
Who is it for?
Teams who want to keep up without pulling anyone off their actual job for hours of training.
